I played professional soccer in Europe from 2016 to 2019. That chapter taught me everything about discipline, competing at the highest level, and what it means to outwork everyone around you.
When I came back to Vancouver in 2020, I launched Titan Landscaping Ltd. The business grew — but I kept running into the same wall. I knew there were massive commercial contracts out there. Property managers, facility directors, commercial real estate companies. But I had no idea how to get in front of them. They weren't on Kijiji. They weren't calling me back.
I spent the next few years investing $30,000 of my own money testing every lead generation system I could find. Most were garbage. Some were decent. One worked — and when I say it worked, I mean it changed the trajectory of my business.
The results were undeniable. Within 60 days, the cold email system generated over $80,000 in closed contracts for Titan Landscaping — including landing Toyota's head office in Vancouver, BC, along with 12-month maintenance and snow/salting contracts.
